We would like to bring to your attention the new and growing changes in the city of Seattle.

Recently, a great amount of the residents in Seattle are starting to lean towards a healthier lifestyle. People are engaging in more physical activity to stay fit and make better eating choices.

The problem is that the communities of health-conscious people are growing every day, but there are not enough companies out there that help promote healthy eating and drinking habits. Due to the awareness of the health benefits that arise for tea drinkers, studies have shown a dramatic shift from coffee to tea.

In general, Tea has been known to be very beneficial to one’s health. However, the folks in Seattle have not yet been introduced to Kombucha Tea. Kombucha is fermented with Scoby, which is a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast. This tea is not only delicious, but it comes with benefits that include the detoxification and elimination of all waste in one’s body, an enhanced metabolism, and an improved immune system.

Kombucha Tea is very popular in countries such as China, Russia, and Europe. We believe that stimulating awareness for the existence of Kombucha Tea will be a solution to the problem. It will create a community for health-oriented people to come together.

We are hoping to target health-motivated people of all ages in the heart of Seattle, so we would like to open a Kombucha Café called “Claritea” in Capital Hill, along with a promotion of Kombucha in the farmers’ market located at Pike Place Market on Sundays. We plan to brew Kombucha, which will save a lot of money. And we are confident that this will be a very profitable cause that will not take long to break-even.

The start of any big business requires a good investment of money. We are simply asking for $1,500,000 to help pay for rent, utilities, and labor cost. We are confident that Kombucha Tea will be the hot new trend for Seattle residents!
