In my life I have learned many lessons; some of which are positive and others not so much, but each has helped me to reach a higher level in my life. One thing that has remained true is that I have grown, learned, matured, and become a wiser human being with each experience. The trials and tribulations of my life have given me a strong foundation of moral values and ethical standards. I have learned through experience that one cannot fully grow until they have seen both sides of the situation and grasp the lesson from every endeavor they face.

A person is in a constant state of growing as each situation in life teaches us a different lesson. With each trial, obstacle, and job opportunity I have evolved into the person I am today. As for the code of ethics I follow from my learning experiences the list is extensive but is not finished. I have built my code of ethics through the moral principles I have gained throughout my life. I have drawn from experiences in my personal and professional life to create my own standards of who I am and what I believe in. I have had experiences that are not like any other for we all have different life events that shape who we are and what we believe to be right and wrong.

What is important to me in the sense of core values is respect, compassion, taking responsibility for ones actions, loyalty, and kindness. Having a high level of integrity and acting in a virtuous manner are characteristics that I also find vital in the growth and maturity of the human soul. In your career you have to be someone of positive character and uphold your obligations to the people in which you are working with. There is a responsibility to peers and to those with whom you work to be honorable and trustworthy.
