In conclusion, after evaluating and comparing both companies, I feel EZ Travel Company would be a better purchase. They are a company of professionals that have shown stable growth since birth. You will be successful purchasing EZ Travel.

Base on my research I recommend the following:

Purchase Allred Travel Company in near future.

The chart above is a good representation of my recommendation. As you can see, based on the factors analyzed, I felt EZ Travel had no weaknesses. Although I felt that Allred outperformed EZ in some areas (branch location, compensation structure), I did not feel that these were areas of weakness for EZ. Considering the overall analysis of the companies, I believe EZ Travel is the best choice for your company.
