Company Background:

Northeastern General Contracting (NGC) was established in central Ohio in 2007. NGC works in the residential, commercial, and industrial markets throughout the Ohio region. NGC was founded by Matt Taylor who solely owns 100% of the business. NGC has three (3) office personnel that are responsible for all booking, billing, and payroll functions. There are also six (6) field employees that supervise and manage all projects from the concept to construction completion phase.

Resources, Facilities, & Equipment:

As a general construction contractor NGC is responsible for routine oversight and management of a construction site. This includes craft labor, material supply, etc.

Marketing Methods:

NGC have annual sales in excess of $100MM per year with a total of 25-50 projects per year. NGC works with a close network of preferred subcontractors to provide our customers with projects completed on time and under budget.

Social Responsibility:

At NGC we follow all local, state, and federal guidelines relating to environmental waste and pollution. NGC works efficiently when using energy, water, and other resources. NGC is committed to protecting occupant health and improving employee productivity.

Internal Analysis:

NGC offers turnkey projects to our customers providing them with a conception to completion process where NGC provides all material, craft labor, tools, supervision, start-up, and commissioning required for a complete project.
