Restaurant Evaluation

Our favorite restaurant for my family and I is to dine at Souplantation. The Souplantation restaurant is a well-known corporate chain of restaurants that offers a wide variety of vegetarian dishes and for additional charge you can have chicken in your salad. The Souplantation is a mid-priced, causal restaurant specializing in vegetarian. I love the experience of dining at the Souplantation because the atmosphere is welcoming, the food is great and the service is excellent. A particular visit last month proved to me that Souplantation lives up to the expectations of its guests.

Souplantation creed is “Treating you like you’re family”, is true for me. The casual attire allowed me to feel relaxed like I was at home. The walls had very decorative décor and made us feel like we were part of garden. Pulling into the oversized parking lot, the first thing I noticed was all the landscaping and how well it was maintained. I found the restaurant overall very well maintained and clean although the floors were a little on the messy side.

Souplantation offers a wide variety of salads and soups and varies there menus of around the world dishes. First you choose your salad and add as many toppings as you like. Next were the soup or pasta, and breadsticks. There menu contained a wide range of pastas, soups, deserts, fruit and a variety of drinks. My favorite soup to have at the Souplantation is the Clam Chowder soup and the Chunky Chicken Soup. I was very satisfied with my appetizer, the all you can eat salad and bread sticks. And finally the service at the Souplantation caught my attention. As soon as we walked through the door we heard, “how are you and welcome to the Souplantation”. We were taken to our table and asked a drink order. You walk to the register with your salad and wait to be seated. The server was very polite while taking us to our table. We were told our order would be put right in, and the salad and breadsticks were on their way. Then the food...
