Reducing Emissions

Deforestation will have a large emission on green house gases. “Reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (REDD). REDD refers to steps designed to use market and financial incentives in order to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases. China may try to provide the financial incentives to farmers in order to reduce the heaters of land used and agree the protected areas. In order to monitor the process of the scheme, there are some measurements that China can use like satellite imagery and other date sources to check the process of the scheme.

Also, intensive farming would decrease the soil nutrients and minerals that needed for crop growth. In order to rectify the situation, permaculture is a good concept can be referred. Permaculture means branch of ecological design, ecological engineering, and environmental design that develops sustainable architecture and self-maintained agricultural systems modelled from natural ecosystems (Hemenway, 2009).
