Sustainability refers to the capacity to remain in existence, survive. So the subject area of sustainability covers wide range of aspects in various fields.

So to start with the conference on sustainability for interational students in business administration, it is important make an account of elements to be considered for the confidence. A small group consisting of international students should be formed in this regard, so as to discuss the matters to be included in the conference. Then after having the discussion of various aspects of sustainability, the group should make a prioritised list of discussion, having taken into consideration the opinions of all the group members.

Then the event must be properly planned and the venue, date, time and all the other arrangements should be made beforehand. And it has to be taken care of that much time is not wasted in breaks. In the two days effective utilisation of time should be made for the discussion.
