Issue # 1:

Establish and Define Legal Requisites and Policies – A legal issue that businesses confront in today’s business world is the legal aspects because of the barriers that engage the difficulty of verifying originality. The games need to be registered among the original publisher and the rights need to be released to CanGo so that they can continue to offer its original programs. Due to the age restrictions that comply the online world of games, an issue that CanGo faces is a lawsuit for its original contract and current status.

Recommendation # 1:

Resolution:

To accomplish the requisites and policies that are legally needed CanGo can offer a thirty day notice to comply with the restrictions in accordance to their monetized game profit to avoid lawsuits and complaints.

Issue # 2:

Mission and Value Statement – This is important because a mission statement defines the organization's purpose and primary objectives. Its prime function is internal – to define the key measure or measures of the organization's success – and its prime audience is the leadership team and stockholders. Vision Statements also define the organizations purpose, but this time they do so in terms of the organization's values rather than bottom line measures (values are guiding beliefs about how things should be done.) The vision statement communicates both the purpose and values of the organization.
