In this paper I will try to bring some inside into the Legal aspects of a business. Will also try to tie in the social and economic environments that are involved in a business which this very from place to place for people to their culture. It take a well round combination of all of these working to gather to make a business to be successful and grow. And the type of company in may me Sole Partnership, partnership, Corporation.

Abstract

There are so many different things to consider in starting a business just to name a few would be Sole Partnership, Partnership and Corporation. Then you have the pros and cons in these which we will get into a little later. Also you have the Legal, Social, and Economic environment of your business. This will cover many things from where you are meaning the country and their culture plus the laws of that land. As we move on we will try to cover as much of this as we can and have suggestion how to start your first business. And this will clear some things up.
