6. If you encountered someone like Ferrazzi as an organizational peer, what would your reaction be? What would you do? Would this be helpful? Why or why not?

We have discussed this question and our conclusion is that our reactions would probably be different in different organizations. We also think that the reaction would depend on how “safe” our job position is. If we would have to compete for our success then we realize that we would not like the way Keith Ferrazzi works to get success for himself. We think that is could make us feel threatened. But it could also be good us if we could feel that we also could take advantage of his networking skills and his success.

7. What lessons are there for you in the Keith Ferrazzi case? What might you think about doing more of, less of, or doing differently?

What we have learnt is that you can get a lot of success by being aware of how you interact with people. It was very tactic and smart of Keith Ferazzi to say to Pat Loconto that he would take the job if he could have lunch with him once a year. Since, by doing that he always has a chance to talk and connect with businesspeople at the top. We have learn that you can come a long way by networking and that you don’t have to be the most hard working employee to get success but it is always good to be aware of how people think of you. We think that Keith Ferrazzi sometimes seemed to focus more on the next move to make than on the work that he was doing at the moment. We think that that could affect his workplace and collages badly.
