An interpersonal relationship is an association between two or more people that may range in duration from brief to enduring.this association may be based on regular business interactions, or some other type of social commitment.

Appreciate people

It is very common for a person to notice details about another that, simply put, he does not like. Although these feelings are quite normal, they are not always productive to nurturing interpersonal relationships.

One easy way to improve this is by smiling often. Look people directly in the eye and genuinely smile at them, even if you do not know them personally.

Strong listening skills are vital for enhancing interpersonal skills and relationships. Focus on other people, and make it a point to listen far more than actually talk. Bear in mind that it is the courtesy or respect of listening to people which is sought more than agreeing to their views.

Many people have a hard time in admitting being wrong about something. Always remember that life is not a competition. The goal behind many interpersonal relationships is to function as a team unit. If one person has the goal to win, the team doesn't really exist. If you have made an error, or your judgment regarding an issue was wrong, get it out into the open and admit it.
