1. Using the ABC Model his comments about wild oats reflect that is Affective component is rather sour towards them. It shows clearly that he has a negative attitude towards their organization and a weak ethical attitude about towards them. His Behavior (conative) component reveals to use that he clearly has no morals when making suck public statements about his commentator again alluding to his weak ego-defensive attitude towards Wild Oats. His Cognitive component leads to makes us believe that he feels he has knowledge that Wild oats is an infer comparator to his organization. Rather or not his comments reflect his beliefs or his knowledge these comments still reflect poorly on his overall attitude towards Wild Oats. With such behavior from the top of his organization I can only image the poor attitudes and morals of the organization as a whole.

2. While it is my opinion I feel as though it is clear as day that this is complete unethical behavior. It shows poor leadership. While I may not be a millionaire competing to buy out competition if we have a job we have completion. It is how we carry ourselves in this completion that will reflect our true ability to be a leader. I am competing in the military for other people of the same ranks job. I never no matter how I feel about them or the lack of their abilities will make public comments about them. While they still have a job to do it will take away from their position. I have faith that my abilities, attitude, ethics, and discipline will get me where I want to be. I don’t not want the other guys position based on weak ethics and default due to my slander.

3. Johns Mackey’s level of cognitive moral development level as a responsible and ethical leader should be in the Post Conventional thinking and Moral Principles. Being in the position he holds he should be at this level in his moral character. He should have morals that coincide with what is right and wrong based on rules and regulations of the institutions...
