Unfortunately, Overbeck got money problems because of gambling, he borrowed money from the Ah Long now, the Ah Long wants to kill him…(WHAT?!) soooo ….he kasih gabung his company with ‘The Weird Brothers’, they are known that way because Edward Dent (is a mind dent vampire who is sickly in love with ‘humanely’ , Bella Swan, she’s a swan…) and for some reason…even though they’re brothers, Alfred Dent is a teddy bear. Anyways, he did that because he wanted to memajukan Sabah and well….to be rich again la…

W.H Treacher (I know right, what happened to these history people? What’s with the name, dude?) Anyway, his real name is Who Ha Treacher, but he told people just to call him Treacher or Tree or Cher. He is actually a British Gabenor in Labuan. He agreed to help to Overbeck  to  extend the lease over Sabah.  In one condition that the soon to be company must be under British’s rule.

Anyway, this Mu’mein dude gives his territory, Teluk Kimanis and Sungai Sibuku to Overbeck and Dent melalui perjanjian. Sultan Jamalul Alam menyerahkan kawasan dari Sungai Pandasan (PANDA-san) and Sungai Sibuku(The River of Nerds…).
