Scripture declares that He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost and power. The Holy Ghost is the power of God. You can expect Him to take an active role in your life as you experience the nine gifts of the Spirit, the anointing, and signs, wonders and miracles. After Christ’s resurrection he met with His disciples for forty days teaching about the kingdom of God. He told them not to go into the world until they received the baptism of the Holy Spirit. He said they would receive power to witness in all the world “after” the Holy Ghost had come on them (Acts 1:8). This is significant. Jesus knew what it would take to build a Church the gates of hell could not prevail against.

Not only will the Holy Ghost help you strengthen your spirit man, pray effectively, give you power to witness but He will also use you to flow in the supernatural power of God. The Holy Spirit is promised to every believer. He was given to empower you to do what God has called you to do. In other words, you are gifted by Him to do great things.
