Dear Mr. King,

Thank you for contacting our law firm in regards to your legal questions. And I also want to thank you for sharing your story with us. I can only imagine the kind of pain you must be dealing with, both physically and emotionally. Hopefully my law firm can help you in any way possible in this matter.

I am reaching out to you because I would like to set up a follow up appointment with you in regards to your accident. During this follow up meeting, I would appreciate bringing in a few forms with you so we can go over them together. Going over these forms will help us asses what you are looking to do with your case. The following forms will be needed: the accident report from the police, medical records from both hospitals, your contract with MCI Record, your driving record, and all your medical bills in regards to your surgeries from the accident.

Also, I would like you to consider some questions I will be asking you in our follow up meeting as well. Please be honest when answering these questions as they are very important to your case. Some of the questions I will be asking you are:

What was your approximate speed at the time of the accident?

If you know your approximate speed, how fast would you say the truck driver was going?

Were you under the influence of any alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident?

Were you wearing a helmet at the time of the accident?

What was the time of day did the accident occur?

What was the weather at the time of the accident?

Given your circumstances at the time of the accident, were you focused on the road or did you find your thoughts drifting to other matters?

I want to thank you again for taking time out of your day to contact us in regards to your legal matters. Please call the office at 212-555-0831 at your earliest convenience to set up another appointment with me. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to...
