Purpose

This purpose of this document is to assist users in setting up, resetting and using VPN in order to access the SA Water network remotely.

Scope

This user guide applies to all SA Water users using Mobility XE On-Demand VPN.

Terms and Abbreviations

Term | Description |

Passcode | The passcode is a two-part access code consisting of a personalised PIN (set by the user and which does not change), followed by the six-digit code that is displayed on a SecureID token. |
