Improved structure of the oil pan mill method
Most small and medium mill main spindle is lubricated with oil dribbling oil , which forms the structure and assembly of the oil pan as shown in Figure 1 .
Oil pan set on a hollow shaft with a set screw positioning. Due to the special structure of the oil pan , tight set screw on it is just located within the tank, so to tighten the set screws and lock has brought great difficulties.
Did not take any measures against loose ball mill during operation , axial movement of the oil pan frequently , do not collide with the main bearing and spherical bush friction occurs , it will cause serious oil dribbling oil is not normal , resulting in Burnt accident.
Many companies have taken measures within its power to relax , as the head set screws Φ3-5mm drill holes , and tighten the set screws around the hollow shaft with a suitable lead wire of the three set screws to wear together, but , due to the when the installation location restrictions by wearing lead wire is quite difficult , and because the tight set screw on the oil pan from the oil pan over the plate into the body , mounted with hollow shaft of the drill holes ended back quite easily ( generally qualities skillet drill order to solve the problem ) .http://www.ballmill88.com/jaw-crusher.html

To this end, we have produced oil pan as shown in Figure 2 Structure Improvement : first in the overall structure of the mill permitting the amount of the oil pan plate widened neck ; secondly change the original convex style sunken tank to tank ; the third tight crude oil tank sump holes to move outside .
Plus one nut on it after such a long time to install the screws , tighten able to achieve the ideal relaxation effect ( a slight increase in the weight of the oil pan )...
