Most of our lives, we are most likely concerned about our self appearance and its impact to the surroundings. When the appearance becomes Certain aspects of of our appearance can lead to be unconscious or in impacting is interpreted as having excessive body amount. It is not only about one'e appearance concern, it is an effective towards health and disease related issues. Within a last couple of decades obesity had been increasing dramatically in the United States. One main concern its causing of health injuries. More portion on obese people gets health problems, which are increasing everyday. The increasing obesity is leading to poor health, thus this is not only an individual problem but also its affecting the social health care in general by increasing the medical care costs and influencing the environment unwillingly.

Rising of obesity is increasing the heath risk in general and the cure or prevention is getting harder to compile because of its overwhelming medical costs. According to studies in the united states, it has shown that a nearly of a quarter percentage on medical care costs is going toward the obese related diseases rather than any other disease. This situation is basically creating challenging in order to get public health care. Its known from a study that" the direct medical cost of overweight and obesity combined is approximately 5 to 10 % of US healthcare spending" (Glick, Williamson, Tsai, 2011). The rising of different diseases are also in effects because certain diseases are also increasing because they are impacted by obesity. This is also impacting the costs to rise, " health care costs are increasing again at double digits rates in part due to obesity, diabetes and other chronic diseases" (Wong, p2, 2002).
