Project Justification: This project will address the design of a website for Pablo De Leon & Associates. The website will contain a total of 4 pages which will include a home page, about us, contact us and locations. The website will be general in nature but serve as a portal to get the consumer to call for assistance.

2. Prepare Website Pages

3. Let Client review Website Pages

4. Make any requested changes

5. Let Client review changes

6. Review completed website live

7. Have client approve and sign off on completed project

Specific Project Objectives and Success Criteria:

A. The project goal is to build a functional website within three months from the start date of the project.

B. The CTC Project Manager “PM” Valerie Spivey will be responsible for providing the sponsor Jeff Tyler with the scheduling status on a daily to weekly basis as this is a short duration project.

1. Cost

A. Website Creation Project will be built on the estimated funding of $10,000.00 dollars.

B. The cost will be further defined as the project resources and cost estimates progress using CTC existing templates. The budget status shall be provided to the project sponsor on a weekly basis.

2. Quality

A. The Website will be created to provide general information about the company to consumers and prompt them to call the company for assistance.

B. Website will be built according to the following specifications.

C. Will contain 5 pages and it will be able to accommodate Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and a mobile site will be available.
