The fact that Mr. Andy Mallari opened a small business in Cabanatuan City in 1979 and his business grew by 1990. He was able to save money and expanded his business in different towns in Nueva Ecija.

Mr. Mallari should know the different aspects of his dream business whether if it is in administrative, production or sales for example. A single mistake can ruin a perfectly crafted plan. After knowing what part of his business needed development, he should know what work or courses would be the best choice for its progress. This will ensure stronger foundation for his business. Mr. Andy Mallari should first consult his sons for their willingness to participate in their father’s dream of having a plant and business that will flourish the same way his friend’s business did. If they agree, he should pick the best course that would fit the personality and interest of his sons so that at some point, they will learn to love it. If at least one of them will not agree, he should at least respect their decision.

Base on the story of Mr. Mallari, He started as a small businessman until he became a successful one. This transition certifies him as a man of wise decision maker and as well as a father. Therefore I conclude that If he will take necessary steps to fulfill his goal, he will not need to worry about his future plans and the education of his sons.

Mallari should suggest the following courses to his three sons: ECE, Accountancy, Business Administration
