Introduction

Organization Studies is the study of how individual construct a organizational structures, processes, and practices, examination of factors that have an impact on how a group of people who under the same organization act, think, feel and respond to work and organization. Besides that, organization study is very important for people to understand the role of organization in business environment and review how organization concept evolved. It also taught people how an organization interacts and their relationship with other and social. Toyota Company has been chosen and to analyze the organization life by the 6 components which is individual attitudes and personalities, group or teamwork, leadership, organization politics, cultures and organization changes.

Brief description of company

Toyota story begins in the late 19th century, Toyota’s founder was Kiichiro Toyoda as a spinoff from his father to create automobiles. Toyoda visited to few automobiles plant like Unites State and then he return to Japan started an automobile division. At that moment, there are actually few company started with the automobile plants but this did not stop Toyoda for doing this. In 1936, the nameplate was changed to ‘Toyota’ instead of his own name Toyoda because he believe that the new name is easier for people to keep in mind and also easier to pronounce. Toyota is ranking third of the world's largest automobile manufacturers in 2000, it also consider as one of the top car maker in the world. Toyota is based on Japan, and the headquarter is located at Toyota City, Aichi. The phrase ‘Moving Forward’ is the slogan of Toyota its means continuous improvement, in Japanese known as kaizen, this is a philosophy that is deeply entrenched in the culture at Toyota. Until now, Toyota is playing the important role of a typical example of how Japanese industry succeeded.
