Position: Human Resources & Administration Officer

Human resources functions

1. To check the employment contracts prepared by Asst. HR & Admin Officer for daily paid workers;

2. To up-date the payroll system if there are any changes from staff;

3. To file personal folders of monthly staff;

4. To calculate the payroll for both daily paid workers and monthly paid staff;

5. To assist the Senior HR & Admin Officer to prepare the monthly wageroll reports of the Tysan Group for cost analysis of individual departments and to despatch such reports to the respective department heads;

6. To send/post the relevant salary slips to staff;

7. To up-date annual leave/sick leave record of staff;

8. To answer queries related to the payroll details/outstanding annual leave of staff;

9. To summarize the annual wageroll of respective staff for insurance coverage of Employee Compensation;

10. To up-date staff’s green cards record;

11. To issue letters related to service period/duties/income proof for various parties as requested by staff;

12. To issue letter related to daily staffs’ promotion/ salary review;

13. To provide salary/MPF records of staff/workers of Foundation Division to the Labour Officers of main contractors upon request;

14. To prepare the relevant documents related to the employee’s compensation claims to the respective insurance companies and Labour Department;

15. To handle and to liaise with the injured staff (TFL) on employee’s compensation claims

16. To prepare Performance Assessment Forms for Annual Review;

17. To co-ordinate/arrange interviews for applicants;

18. To explain the employment contracts to the monthly paid staff;

19. To edit / arrange printing of Newsletter;

20. To arrange and prepare for Promotion Ceremonies;

21. To provide any other support as requested by the Human Resources and Administration Manager/Director; and

22. To handle any ad-hoc projects.
