Multidimensional Perspective is a framework that provides a social worker to have a multidimensional way of thinking about the human behavior in terms of the changing configuration of the person and environment over time. Person, Environment, and Time are the three major elements of human behavior and these three are the dimensions of Multidimensional Perspective, in which each of the three dimensions has a relevant dimension that makes them as a multidimensional. It is impossible to focus on person, environment, and time independently. They are inseparable, but cannot be understood without also considering other features. The dimensions work together, and they are embedded with each other. In Personal Dimension, the relevant dimensions of this are the following: The Biological Person which refers to the body’s biochemical, cell, organ, and physiological systems. The Psychological Person which refers to the mind and mental processes. And the last one is the Spiritual Person which refers to the aspect of the person that searches for meaning and purpose in life. In Environmental Dimension, the relevant dimensions of this are the following: The Physical Environment which refers to the natural and human-built material aspects of the environment. The Culture which refers to a set of common understanding, evident in both human behavior and material artifacts. Social Structure and Social Institutions which refer to a set of interrelated social institutions developed by humans to impose constraints on human interaction for the purpose of the survival and well-being of the collectivity, and a patterned ways of organizing social relations in a particular sector of social life. The Formal Organization which refers to a collective of people with a high degree of formality of structure, working together to met a goal or goals.
