Astor problems Lack of communication

In organization, how employers and employees communicate plays an important role. Regardless of the company's size and number of employees, good communication is essential to productivity. Without communication and the team effort it permits, the successful completion of any important project can be jeopardized.

Poor communication has several adverse effects on Astor group of Company

* It will lead to such things as gossip, resentment and high staff turnover

* It will lead to confusion in the workplace and lost business.

* Mistake - If Astor has poor communication skills between different levels and sectors of organization, chances are that the employees (from senior management level to employees) can misunderstand their expected duties. Likewise, if employees lack good communication, they are less likely to ask for needed clarification or assistance.
