us . All of us had there own views of spirituality , while for someone it was linked to religion , some believed it was about finding your place in the universe , it was healing for a lot of people for me it was getting in touch with my inner self. I believe that since the day we are born we take up roles in life like daughter, friend, student , professional, mother , wife etc. but for me shedding off all those roles and getting in touch with the soul inside that is spirituality for me . The essence of spirituality for me is finding joy and happiness within myself and by shedding all the other roles I play in life I try to remove all the stress and burden of everyday life the regrets of past and worries of future and just connect to myself now at this moment and it helps me to appreciate finer things in life at this very moment

while for me the quote “ spirituality is living from inside out “ by ANON sums it up for me there were others who believed that spirituality is an essence which cannot be defined in words and if we try to do that it loses its meaning . we also discussed that spirituality could also be a passion or anything close to their heart like family and friends even soccer for that matter , their need not be a specific way to express spirituality but anyway though things we feel is closest to our heart . When one feels that there is more to life or there is something missing in life that indicates a lack of spirituality it is then that people may try to look for missing thing in life in other dimensions like : addiction, violence etc.
