Communication concept
Communication, an important part of existence, is a process were materials are shared between individuals through signs, symbols, behavior, philosophies, beliefs, and etc. As simple as communication can seem, communication is a relatively complex ability to dominate, and it involves continuous learning. For communication to be effective through Publix, it is a necessity that the broadcast of thought, idea, and feelings from one person to another. Active communication is a vital part of the organizational triumph whether it is at the interpersonal stage or to an external stage. Even though communication has been done in early stages, the development of interconnecting information from one person to another is a very complex process with many foundations of potential faults. There are numerous types of barriers that cause poor communication for Publix. For the basis of this paper we will be reflecting on three precise communication barriers: physical, and semantic. Then we will deliberate on what can be done, that the information can be retained.
Physical barriers
A physical barrier denotes to a large amount of physical factors, such as, physical disability, environment, ignorance of medium, and distance. Even the slightest noise such as sneezing, shutting a door, or sliding a chair, can pose as a distraction for the listener leading to the loss of information being given by the speaker. For instance, when Publix have their annual conference there are over thousands of people who attend every year.
