Executive Summary

The HELP, Inc. is a commercial cleaning service that is relatively new and offers a wide array of services. These services include, but are not limited to, residential cleaning and janitorial work, maintenance, supply distribution, power/pressure washing, carpet care, commercial painting, debris removal, and floor maintenance - stripping, waxing, and buffing floors. The help offers its services to small businesses, schools, retail stores, theatres, restaurants, universities, and hospitals.

The HELP’s mission statement cleaning is straightforward and focuses on the needs of the customer. Out mission statement states, that “The HELP, Inc. will provide quality, professional janitorial and maintenance services to our customers. The Help will provide quality products at competitive prices with timely delivery. We believe that our customers' needs come first and we will customize our service to their needs.”

Due to our company being relatively small and new and therefore lacking the clientele and resources that a more established company may have, marketing is vital to the growth of our company. While The HELP is a small company, its size allows us to provide a quality of service that sometimes gets lost with larger businesses. Quality of service is a large component of our marketing strategy. As a small company, we will be able to offer our services at approximately 10% less than the established companies that may be in the middle of the totem pole when it comes to the services that we provide. Our lower prices allow us to be competitive while also giving us the potential to move from the bottom of the totem pole to the middle with time.
