Automated Presenter Control System for Audio Visual Room of San Isidro Technological Campus

Project Context / Background of the Problem

People nowadays are more aware in technology whether students from elementary to college, teacher, and businessman and so on. With the use of technology nothing is possible terms of expressing someone’s idea. It has big contribution that helping people to achieve what they want to know in just a click of a finger in front of a computer. With the use of modern technology people can easily express their ideas, emotion and proposal plan in making agenda like meetings, reports, presentation, and seminars in modern ways.

With the help of modern technology Audio Visual Room (AVR) is represented to us to make planning and processing of ideas much easier. Audio Visual may refer to works with both a sound and visual components. The production of such works or equipment use to create and present such works. Once Audio Visual comes into existence it became a part of people’s everyday life within the new decades.

In typical presentation, the presenter provides the audio by speaking, and supplements it with a series of images projected unto screen, either from slide projectors, or from a computer connected to a projector using presentation program software.

In the developed world, there has been a huge uptake of computer-based audio visual equipment in the education sector, with many schools and higher educational establishments installing projection equipment and often using interactive whiteboard technology. Audio-visual are used to: (1) roll up project screen, (2) automatic sliding whiteboard, (3) and control system.
