The company selects the top-level recruits based on his or her academic record. This selection is followed by interviews and a preliminary trip to Austin. Employee's will take the leading recruits and his or her significant others out on the town. The company pursues the best candidates to meet the businesses meeting points if he or she is not able to attend the first visit. Companies that have passion obviously look for individuals with passion. SHS sales and marketing reports to have a fast moving company, individuals must be passionate, team-driven, hold him or herself accountable, and is customer focused (Grocer, 2012). This company understands this concept and hires individuals with genuine passion for his or her work. Trilogy invests in an enormous number of resources when hiring a candidate, however, is specified by the company as money well spent. Additionally, Trilogy will hire only external candidates who will bring innovative, creative, and new ides to the table. In today's society, many businesses are embracing the more creative side of methods or approaches in the hiring process. By using these approaches and pursuing the first step in the process will weed out the individuals not committed or is not a serious candidate. Trilogy must understand that the human resources department is one of the most important departments within an organization (Pulakos, 2005). Additionally, another creative idea was bringing in the current employees to mingle with the candidates. These again are just a few of some great recruiting techniques.
