What is stress?
According to Wikipedia Stress is a person's response to a stressor such as an environmental condition or a stimulus. Stress is a body's way to react to a challenge. According to the stressful event, the body's way to respond to stress is by sympathetic nervous system activation which results in the fight-or-flight response. Stress typically describes a negative condition or a positive condition that can have an impact on a person's mental and physical well-being.

Stressor: Demanding Teachers
She does to cope up with stress:
She hates demanding teachers and because they always give a lot of work even though they knew that they are just a minor subject. According to her they always get on her nerves and often give her stress. To cope up with this, she always manage to give herself food to chew or eat while she is angry to a certain teacher, because according to her food gives her a calm feeling and better off to avoid stress.

As soon as he is encountering stress, 17 year old by the name Mik-Mik is being uncomfortable. His stressors are the upcoming exams or the quizzes that are given to him, he said that he hates exams and quizzes especially the difficult ones. In order to not be stress by this, he listen to music and sings with it, he said that it’s his way to get of the stress.
