Scope
This manual covers navigation and use of the University of Phoenix student web site. It is designed to allow students an easy way to navigate the classroom, find tools and resources, and to keep up with the students administrative details.
Introduction
The University of Phoenix student website is a virtual school that allows students to attend school from anywhere in the world. The website houses the classroom, the library, and even the academic offices. This site allows the students to communicate with the instructor and other students through several different forums. The virtual library houses a large library of academic material along with tools and educational aids free for the students use. With all of the capabilities of this website navigation and use can be complicated, this user manual is here to make it a little bit easier.

Forums Navigation Pane
There are five different forums that each have a different purpose within the virtual classroom. All of the forums can be found under the "Discussion" tab in the classroom.
Main Forum
True to its title the main forum is the most used in the classroom. This forum allows the students and the instructor to discuss and expand on weekly questions.
Chat Room
This forum is available for the students or instructor to have a public conversation about
anything that is not directly related to the classroom material.

This is where the instructor post documents and materials specific to the class at hand. Students will generally...
