Immigrant in united state

In the American dream by ‘’’’’, states that America portray as a statue of liberty that is open for everybody who is want to come for a good life because there is no discrimination against immigrants. It doesn’t matter where you come from, you still can beneficial from here and accomplish anything you desire. Most of the immigrants leave their country to come to America for better life that is what they looking for. Many people think that America is a great country because it gives a lot of opportunities to the immigrant. However, others feel like America is not a great country because it destroys people’s life by giving them hope without done it. America is great country because it gives the immigrants a sense of success and accomplishment such as freedom, and equality.

First, freedom is one of the good thing America has giving the immigrants because they are allow to say what they want to say with no fear. Immigrants also has the right to realize their dream to be true because America has giving them the opportunities to become anything they want to be. It’s not matter what country they are from or what color their skin is, they have the same freedom as anybody else such as working or speaking. However, in the “Puerto Rican Obituary”, by Pedro Petri, points out that immigrant are dying with their dreams. They have hope in America dream but they did not make it happened. They do whatever they have to do such as, working 7 days, and working hard to be successful but they don’t have this American dream that those immigrant had on the “America dream”, by ,,,

Second, immigrants have equality in America. They have the right to do things such as go for governor or in other things because discrimination against the them. There are no better treatment whatever you are white, Asians, Spanish or black everybody will be treated the same. This is one...
