I/ Introduction

Organizational culture is the shared values, principles, traditions, and the way of doing things that influence how institutional members take action. Besides, employees are the important asset and they serve as human capital to the organization. In fact, culture is the environment that surrounds institutional members all the time and also is a significant component that develop work enjoyment, work relationships, work processes; however, it cannot see except through physical showing in work place (Ojo, 2012). Therefore, organizational culture has a direct relationship to employees work behavior. If employees have good behavior, which means that the organization members satisfy with the work environment; thus, they will perform with\ their best. In addition, institutional culture is one of the main key determine how employees perform of even behave in their job (Ojo, 2012). In contrast, many researchers disagree about the certain nature of the relationship between organizational culture and employee behavior. This report will examine whether organizational culture has significant influence or not to employees’ work behavior. In addition, it will reflect the way two researches, named “Effect of organizational culture on employee commitment in the Indian IT services sourcing industry” by Wolfgang Messner and “Influence of organizational culture on employee work behavior” by Olu Ojo, studied to prove their hypotheses.
