The attached report aims to provide a framework for human resource management and suggest recommendation to the HR department. The report was designed to provide HR manager with an understanding of ways of increasing team work and team performance in the organization with the overall aim of increasing performance. The research was conducted by collecting and analyzing information from reliable sources. Primary sources are from The Department of Labour, a national labour organization entailing the enrolment and management of country’s labor force. Further research was conducted basing on leading Fortune 500 companies management of human resources. Results from this research indicate that human resource amangem,ent and team building is an essential component of company’s productivity. These results are discussed later in detail.
