Store design and fitting | 300000/- | For example it is been designed to fit the product in store and also to design store. |

FURNITURE | 50000/- | It includes chairs, tables and other important things which will be needed in the new Bata store. |

Store infrastructure | 1000000/- | We have to construct the building for the store. |

Electricity fitting | 80000/- | The electricity system will be arranged in the store. |

ACs, Computer and printing | 150000/- | These things are very important to store as it’s the basic need of the store. |

NEEDS | SOURCE OF FINANCE | REASON |

1) LAND | leasing | The source of finance that will be used is leasing for the land as the land required a lot of money. |

2) Store design and fitting | Owner investment | Personal investment is best option because a lot of investment will be not cost on it. So that’s why owner capital will be used for it. |

3) Store infrastructure | Owner investment | It will also cost a lot of money but as the Bata has enough amount of money and that’s why owner investment will be used for it. |

4) FURNITURE | Owner investment | Bata store needs furniture including chairs, tables ets.so for this I have choose personal investment because our business can afford to buy furniture from personal investment. |

5) PAIYING UTILITIES BILLS | Retained earning | As our business has to pay electricity, gas and telephone bills. For this expense we will used the retained earing as it is been used for these types of expenses while running the business. |

6) SALARIES | Retained earning | We have hired manager including sales man and security guards for this expense we will used the retained earing as it is been used for these types of expenses while running the business. |
