Executive Summary:

In this report we have discussed layout, location and capacity utilization of MNC along with problems faced it. It targets customers throughout the world that includes in Middle East, Africa, Asia, North America and South America. is involved in research, education and designing businesses.

First problem that we discussed was of Conflict of interest in which company’s sales radically reduced due to aggressive selling. It made customers dissatisfied and created problems for quality department as customers gave bias feedback. It resulted in change of payment process. But still issue lies in the form of inconvenience faced by customers. Therefore we have recommended designing a step by step payment guideline in their respective languages so that they could pay easily.
