1. Discuss whether the effects of characteristics of an established organization, such as its routine and structures, increase efficiency but at the same time kill any entrepreneur spirit? Is there any way that a company can have the best of both worlds?

The established organization normally has a good company background which strong with their marketplaces and market shares. Generally, the design of the organizational will be simple. In fact, entrepreneur may find that he or she performs all the functions of the organization alone. This is common problem and a significant problem that can make copnay failures to expands.

Routines

The entrepreneur sometimes thinks that he or she can do everything and is unwilling to give up responsibility to others or even include others in the management team. Regardless of whether one or more individuals are involved in the start-up, as the workload increases, the organizational structure will need to expand to include additional employees with defined roles in the organization. Effective interviewing and hiring procedures will need to be implemented to ensure that new employees will effectively grow and mature with the new venture. All the design decision involving personnesl and their roles and responsibilities reflect to the formal structure of the organization.

Structures

For organizational structure, this defines members job and the communication relationship these jobs have with each other. These relationship are depicted in an organization chart. Normally, the main problem occurring is the process of delegating the task to another process. The task delegate sometimes was not very effective due to some resrictions in term or rewards that who will be honor for the success. So, from this the task given will not in fully completed and not perfect information to be done.
