Introduction I have discussed about background of the study, concept of TQM, dimensions of TQM, research questions, specific objectives of the study, and profile . in Bangladesh.

In data and methods I have presented about the nature of the research design, definition of population, sample size and sampling techniques, data collection techniques, data processing techniques, success factors of TQM.

In results and discussions I have shown the evaluation of TQM practices in PROOMI FOODS LTD. in Bangladesh, obstacles, benefits, and recommendations.

In conclusions I discussed in brief about the obstacles, benefits, prospects of TQM practices and provided some won suggestions for the betterment of TQM practices.

At the end of the report I have given some references from which sources I have prepared this report.
