Identify the purposes of different types of organisation giving examples

There are many types of business organisation such as sole trader partnerships company’s franchises. Each part plays there own roll in business organization sole trader is one of the most known businesses and is also in a wide range of activities for example window cleaning, plumbing, electric work, construction and a few more.

Partnerships are a way to better your business organizations but this is not always the case but tends to work in certain peoples way. Between partnerships you can have 2 or twenty partners. Also having partnership allows you to share the workload amongst yourselves and share the quality skills that you and your partner may have.

Describe the extent to which an organisation meets the objectives of different stakeholder

I believe that different stakeholders have different objectives and needs stake holders care a lot about the stability and profibility of their employees. Every forum, of organizations is aim is profit and that is what attracts stakeholders into investing into them objectives is what the stake holders seek to achieve.

The owners of business are individuals who have invested there own money required to set it up keep it running and allow it to grown. Business and service organizations exist to create valued and services that people want and desire.

Explain the responsibilities of an organisation and strategies employed to meet them

The responsibilities of an organisations is to serve. An organisation must also work with the boundary’s of the law to have a smooth business and also have a stability on finance as that is also very important. Recruitment is also very important as you need somebody who understands there job title very well making poor recruitment could resolve in a lack of progress which is why this is very important.
