Chapter 1: The Manifest
Article 1
All goods that enter Kuwait boarders by any means of transportation shall be listed, signed and stamped by the shipper/carrier in the related Cargo Lists (Manifest). The following information must all be listed in the Manifest: 1.The name, number, and nationality of the media of transportation. 2.
