Executive summary:

This following project, allow us to introduce the new machine that has been located recently at CEDIM medical center, and it also allows us to highlight on the best strategy to follow for the achievement of the company’s strategic goals. MRI 3 Tesla has been marketed as the first 3 Tesla machines that have been bought to Lebanon to be located at CEDIM, but unfortunately Hotel Dieu de France hospital was able to get it before us due to some financial problems. This project will reinforce CEDIM’s status as the leader in the medical radiology field. The marketing strategy allows us to reach every patient who needs to detect their diseases before it’s too late to be cured. Our reputation and our new machinery allow CEDIM to target not only national patients, but we were able to reach patients from the Middle East for instance: Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Qatar… and some European countries and especially France.

CEDIM is located in the heart of the city (Abraj center, Damascus road, Furn El Chebback), this outpatient medical clinic includes all necessary elements for an avant-garde diagnostic center: A highly specialized medical team with wide experience, very sophisticated equipment and customized hospitable service. All of this in a quiet, calm atmosphere far from the hospital anguish. This type of facility is frequent in Europe and the United State and does not lead to additional costs for the patient. CEDIM: Center d’Explorations Diagnostiques et d’ Imagerie Medicale. It was founded in May 1999 and it was the fruit of three radiologists; each specialized in a specific major: Dr Nagi Attalah, Dr Joseph Toutounji, Dr Sami Abi Ghanem and recently two doctors has joined the board: Dr Carla Hobeika and Dr Joseph Khoury.
