Autocratic (isolated decision)- PM solves problem no team communication. Autocratic (informed decision) – PM gets info from team and then makes decision. Consultative Autocratic (discuss with individuals) – PM shares problem with team members individually, get ideas then makes decision. Consultative Autocratic (discuss with team) – PM shares problem with team as a group, gets feedback, then makes decision. Democratic – PM shares problem with team then as a group makes decision. Laissez-Faire – PM gives problem to team and lets them make decision.
