First week

The first day of the trainee’s duty was on July 1, 2013. Ms. Del Rosario, the Finance Officer introduced her to the different personnel whom she could work with. After that, the trainees were given their assigned tasks. The trainee and her co-trainee Trecia were assigned in the office. Their first task was to erase the name of former mayor of Legazpi in a certain form and replaced it through writing the name of the present elected mayor.

They did the erasure and replacement of names throughout the duty hours of the five (5) days. That first day also was the start of the newly public officials to serve its constituents.

Second week

The trainee was asked by Ms. Vanessa, the irregular secretary to encode a document. She was also asked to bring the document to the treasurer’s office for signature.

Mr. Roy, the head officer, asked them (Trecia and I) to do a simple program to segregate and arrange their files for easy search and verification.

Third week

The trainee encoded a document. She was also asked to bring the document to the budget officer for signature. After the document had been signed, she brought it to the Head Office for the Mayor’s signature. The week ended doing the same thing, encoding documents and sending them to the authority for signature.

Fourth week

The trainee encoded a document. She was asked to arrange the documents by pages for easy filing. She also continued erasing the name of the former mayor and replaced it to the newly elected mayor.

Mr. Roy, the head officer, asked the trainee to make a layout design to the 2nd National Women’s Beach Volleyball.

Fifth week

The trainee brought some documents to the Accounting Office for signature and did other things assigned to her.

Sixth week

Mr. Roy asked the trainee and her co-trainee to report to the 7 Degree’s Restaurant at Legazpi City to register the participants of the ADT-II Reorganizational Meeting of...
