Student Enrollment Procedure

A student will give the requirements upon enrolling most especially the report cards. For the new student and transferee, they must submit a form 137 so that the Registrar can identify if the students has no problem regarding his/her grades. Old student was also included in this matter to know if he/she has back-up subject or problem that can affect upon enrolling. Most especially the transferee so that they can find out what the Registrar can do.

When properly kept the requirements of a students they will restore it in a file cabinet where all the students records was safe and the other back-up was save in Microsoft Excel. If everything was settle the student was successfully enroll.

After knowing the students currently status, if the student has no problem, he/she can get his/her copy of Registration Slip, section and the date of entering the class. While the student that has back-up subject also get the Registration Slip but not the section he/she will go to enter because the Registrar Clerk will fixed the problem and to see what are the vacant for that particular things.

Theoretical Framework

Enrollment system made to use by the school’s administrator to know and monitor the current status of the students and to store some student information that typically need upon enrolling.

An Enrollment System has a Registration Form includes the Names, Address, Contact, Number, Age, Sex, Guardian, and Date of Birth. It also has requirement that needs to pass like Form 137, Good Moral Character, and Birth Certificate etc.

Process of Enrolling also includes how the students enroll in a convenient way. All of the Students knew how the Process of Enrolling, they need to submit all the Requirements, and also they need to fill up the Registration Form.
