Innovation, creativeness, and design are at heart of almost any organization, and they must realize how to adapt and adjust with new idea, concepts and designs ideas. Innovation and creativeness is moving at a quick pace due to the part of technology leading the way to cheaper and more quickly, the ways to do the same jobs, and new market we may not have seen. Manufacturing and service industries have gotten impacted by these innovative and creative and innovative ideas. In this paper we will look auto industry and airline industry and how innovation and creativeness has affected their strategies and businesses.

The airline industry has changed over the year with airlines closing down and merging, and the way customers get some their services. At one time airlines industry used brick and mortar travel agencies to sales their ticket, which had access to flight schedule, and tickets and booking information. These days are physical travel agency shop are disappearing as the same job may be done via electronic travel agencies such Expedia, Priceline, Hotwire and so forth, making find a flight and information easier to consumer. Airlines strategies have had to compensate due to these changes. Most airline today use these third party agencies still but electronic form. Most major airlines have also innovated and created how consumers may get their tickets by offering the ticket via their own system, like the electronic travel agencies but have added their own kiosks, and website to sales their tickets. This innovation has led to more option to consumer and in some cases can save consumers money do to middle man cost, and also the inception of reward system to reward consumer to travel the same airline again.
