At the center of disease control and prevention there has been a total of 980,000 cases of AIDS reported in the United States in 1981. There may be over 1 million Americans infected with HIV; this is according to the center of disease control (2009) a quarter of American did not realize they have HIV.

The statistics about Americans in their health and welfare are unbelievable. Is HIV and AIDS one those that are carrying the HIV virus do they have AIDS this is quite confusing for some to even understand. In the public’s eye the differences should be revealed yet there still isn’t enough information regarding the two in their differences. One can be diagnosed with HIV and not have full blown AIDS the risks are greater if you are carrying the HIV virus. In today’s society would think that one could understand that you can have HIV without having AIDS . The human immunodeficiency virus known as HIV and acquired immune deficiency syndrome AIDS are the names used by last and physicians. In today’s society we have a large amount of medical resources and yet because we are not hearing as much about people seeing be acting as if they had no knowledge of these diseases.

By making sure you keep educated about this illness and how this could affect a person. The HIV virus is now or describe your immune system, and it also looks for the cells that at as a protector for the body. This is a real disease that can be a way at your protective cells and slowly kill your immune system. The name of the cells are T cell and CD4 cells considered helpers, and they happen to be what the virus destroys.
