In the Drexler’s BBQ case, it explained how the family-owned BBQ restaurant owned by NBA Hall-of-Famer Clyde Drexler and family endured change successfully throughout the years. The case study stated that the company even changed names in the 1970s to Green’s Barbeque due to another restaurant in the area.
