Abstract
When dealing with the public and the business world you must commit to getting better when presenting information, identify today what you plan to accomplish tomorrow, always have activities in your pipeline this will keep you in the game for success, and keep you focus on the mission at hand. Being humble in business is a plus, people can pick up on this and it’s a good quality and shows a lot about you and your company you are representing. Train your mind to be successful and work hard at it and you will be successful. Keep your lives free from money meaning this should not be your main focus, the customer is, the money will come do not rush it. When conducting business always be thankful in everything the customer do and you to make for an easier transaction in business. I believe my friend when he told me this to be true, it’s called “BAR”.
Belief: To get the slight edge over other businesses, and belief in yourself.
Active: To be with attitude of desire for what you are doing.
Result: To accomplish what you set out to do.

What characteristics of the audience must you consider?
Communicating effectively is essential in today’s business world. Reason being is when conducting a business meeting; you have the managers, stakeholders, salespeople, marketing, and customers present. In your presentation you have to hit these five targets with information pertaining to these five groups. Think of it as a big puzzle you have to put it together, if missing a piece in this equation the puzzle being your company will be distorted and confused with the outcome.
