Wondering if I could get an example of a project charter for an email software upgrade
Project Title and Description: Email Upgrade Project
Company is moving to upgrade the Email Software from Global Upgrade version 7.0 to version 9.0. The project encompasses the design and development of upgrade plans and upgrades activities in the process.
Project Manager Assigned and Authority:
Mark Lewis will be project manager for it and he will be having the authority to add resources and align them to the project activities. He may appoint any team member and has authority to sign up to $10,000 only.
Business Case
The ONS deals in the managing networks and software applications for over 15,000 state and country agency employees. The company is moving to upgrade the email software from existing version 7.0 to version 9.0, in this activity the software upgrade will happen across globe. The selection of software is on the basis of the higher incentives and more offering than the earlier version. The upgrade comes with a higher cost of 20% which will be subsidised in coming years.

The project comes with budget and resource constraint. Below is the list of resources aligned to the project:
* Diana Prince: ONS Software Engineer with specific experience in implementing and administering various e-mail systems.
