Aging: Can it be Treated or Prevented

Aging can’t be cured but can be treated and prevented to a point. We need to have a happy-healthy lifestyle that is the key to slow down the aging process. Also eating healthy and properly, drinking plenty of water, never start smoking, do not drink alcohol in excess, laugh a lot and be stress free as possible are good anti-aging habits. Remembering that internal health, relaxing doing yoga perhaps or other relaxation exercises and emotional well-being will help also.

STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES: WE DESERVE IT!!!!!!

There are treatments that can be used. I think the natural way is the only way but these are a few recommended treatments: Injectable fillers and botulinum toxin are suitable, radiofrequency is the alternative to the facelift, dermabrasion, laser resurfacing, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and topical treatments can restore the skin and give smooth and refreshed look to the skin. Reversing the reactivating an enzyme that protects the tips of the chromosomes may also be considered but this can cause cancer in the lab tests in mice. However, I don’t think mice age really they have fur and we have skin. I’ve never seen a old mouse and don’t think I would want to really. This is the first gene therapy that was successful and only a single treatment was used. The telomere shortens every time they divide. The cell stops dividing and ages or dies. Telomerase prevents the shortening and it stops or resets the cell’s biological clock so to speak.
